Privacy at Kuhudu
How KUHUDU handles information collected through this website and its inquiry forms.
Updated September 12, 2026
Information you provide
The Payments and Genius inquiry forms collect your name, email, restaurant name, city and state, and the details of your request. The Genius form also asks for your service style. Optional fields include phone, current POS, processor, monthly card-sales range, number of locations, and timing. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss the services or support you asked about.
Do not include card numbers, security codes, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or processing statements in these forms. Ask us for an appropriate secure sharing method if documents are needed.
How submissions reach us
Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers your submission by email to KUHUDU’s Gmail inbox, managed through Google. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond. If you write to contact@kuhudu.com, domain email is handled by SiteGround and forwarded to our Gmail inbox. These providers process information to perform their services.
Submitting an inquiry requests a response; it does not enroll you in a newsletter or approve a merchant account.
Website operation and security
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser details, request paths, and delivery status to operate their services and help prevent abuse. Inquiry requests are subject to rate limiting.
The effective-rate calculator runs in your browser. The amounts entered into the calculator are not submitted to KUHUDU by the calculator. This website does not include advertising trackers or session-replay scripts. Fonts and site images are served with the website.
Other services and your information
Merchant underwriting, payment processing, and third-party products have separate requirements, systems, and privacy notices. Information sent through this website is not a completed application for those services.
Inquiries and replies become part of our email correspondence. For questions about your information, or to request a correction or deletion, write to contact@kuhudu.com. We will review the request, including any recordkeeping requirements that apply.
Contact and updates
